Sales Executive
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
Representing company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
Recording efforts in excel format and presenting to management on achievements, progress and status of work
Managing Indiamart, exhibition, direct, forwarded by management enquiries in regards to complete sales cycle
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
Liaising with factory incharge before committing delivery date and to check the progress of existing orders;
Following up with customer for outstanding payment and making sure full payment has been received for the orders.
Feeding future buying trends back to employers;
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
